Just Donated processes donated vehicles ONLY. If it goes on land or water, we can turn it into cash to fund your non-profit. We accept cars/trucks/SUVs, heavy trucks, motorcycles, scooters, RV’s, campers, trailers, golf carts, boats, and watercrafts. We cannot, however, process cash directly as a donation to your cause. Equally, we cannot process other donation-in-kind items as well. For example, if a donor wants to give furniture, jewelry, artwork, real property, or services we would have to decline. Our licensing, which we value greatly, has it’s limitations.

Consumer Liability

Potential liability of the donor or non-profit is a reasonable concern. Just Donated is a licensed, bonded, and fully insured Commercial Fundraiser registered with the Attorney General Office of California. We have placed careful protections against potential litigious actions. We file a Release of Liability on behalf of the donor (and/or owner) and the non-profit at the point of sale to the new owner. All new owners must sign an “AS-IS” agreement prior to taking ownership of the vehicle. Please contact us directly with any further liability concerns.
